Quality is so poor! Unbelieveable where your developers are coming from or how they learned app dev! 3rd update in a row and the app still is crashing! And yes, Ive deleted the app completely and downloaded again from app store before each app update! Got Iphone 6 with latest ios!!!
Whats going on with Club Carlson? This was the 3rd update in a row and the only thing it does is crashing. Developers come out of the box and quick!
Once a reservation is done and confirmed, this app always says "Reservation not found". Although the reservation is shown. And on the arrival day the booking is suddenly no more shown in the app - but on this day of course I need all the details like adress of the hotel etc.
Using it for business travel, app is crashing rather frequently, doesnt store CC details consistently and resolution is pretty bad. Also has issues when working with bad connection. For a exclusive brand its pretty poor standard
Room for lots of improvement as a gold member I would have expected to book your reservations either online or thru app they would show up have a look at starwood app for great ideas
