No Wallet support, cant add reservations there. Cant seem to book a stay with points through the app. Shameful app development for one of the major hotel chains.

Two years after the iPhone 6 came out and this app still doesnt support its resolution. Looks fuzzy and terrible. This is the last app on my phone that doesnt support iPhone 6. Total joke when iPhone 6 is now ancient.

I think the new design took away the ability to redeem. This is a loyalty app, and I cant search using my points.

Cant redeem points using the app. HHonors and IHG apps are much better.

Unlike previous version, unable to book room by redeeming points; thats a big deal to this user. Slow, clunky interface. Calendar is flaky. Whoever thought this was an improvement needs to re-think, and go back to last version.

Its better to go straight to the website. A lot of missing information such as room information. In one instance, the website said free breakfast but the app doesnt say anything about breakfast.

Since the most recent update I cant even launch the app on my phone. Bad timing during vacation season

Wont open after the last update. On my iPhone or iPad. Guess Ill have to stay at Holiday Inn. Their app is working fine....

Wont even open and has been broke for almost a month now. Needs attention asap.

Crashes on launch

iPhone 6 the app shows the splash screen for a few seconds and then closes.

This app crashes and the support email responds with a non-response. Apparently theres no desire to fix it.

Crash, crash, crash...Delete and reinstall...Crash, crash, crash! Please Fix, this has been going on for several weeks. Too bad theres not a No Star.

This app worked fine until the last update on my iPhone 6. Now it just freezes then crashes,completely useless! Are the developers even paying attention? Going to Hilton since their app is flawless.

I had no problem using the app on my iPhone 6. I could see my points, book a stay, and see hotels near my location.

I had hoped that this app would be helpful. It initially installed and I was able to sign in and add my rewards card to Passbook. But now it closes as soon as I open. When I use multitasking to reopen, it hangs on the main page. Absolutely useless!! I just deleted it. Thanks Club Carlson for wasting my time with your lame attempt at an iOS app!

Since last update all it does is freeze. Uninstall then reinstall and it will open the first time but then freeze. Is anyone out there besides users paying attention? Please fix it!

App is simple and useful - when it works. Lately, it has been very buggy - freezing up ABG locking my phone (iPhone 6+). Please Fix!!

Doesnt work. I cant even open it. Just crashes. Re-installed it several times over past week without luck. Dont bother
