This app is GARBAGE...

This app has become useless. Freezes all the time. If ever an app deserved less than 1 star it would be this piece of trash. If I could give it negative 5 stars I would.

Will be taking my Business elsewhere.

App freezes upon launch and will not open. Also renders phone or iPad unusable until I am able to eventually get out and close the app. Have not been able to use this app since the install. I am constantly on the road and will take my business elsewhere that is more user friendly with a mobile app that works.

Wow, why would you write an application that is this bad. Locks up my phone and just doesnt work. Club Carlson, spend a little money and hire somebody who knows what theyre doing.

Reflective of hotel service?

This app is the worst! I travel moderately and use my apps to track travel and points. This app is horrible! If they cant get their app fixed... Can they service their hotel customers? I think not!

Works great!

After the update it would just crash. Deleted the app and downloaded again and all is good.

App crashes on launch...for the third time.

Was hoping the third update would do the trick but nope--app still crashes on launch. I tried the tip that some have provided and deleted and reinstalled the app. I could use the app once after reinstall, then next time it crashed on launch again. Repeated that multiple times. Finally after several go-rounds, I left it deleted. Sorry Club Carlson but three strikes and youre out. iPhone 5 with iOS 8.4.

Finally working better. Actually will open without crashing.

Just about useless

App says you can add your membership card to passbook although no actual option to do so. Recent stays do not update. Shows points but would be nice if it showed you how far till your next Tier. I should concierge level by now but have no way of viewing it. Prices calling by phone to the hotels are cheaper then using the app. Please fix these things and would be a decent app.

Doesnt work

Put info and "go" button wont work. Cant book rooms with this app

Does this app work?

I dont see any of my upcoming reservations that I see in the website version. I also cant find where my active stays are. Horrible UI. Also, why does it take a few days for points to show up? Its within a day with Starwood SPG.

Needs work

Need to add filtering features so users can search for amenities, such as pool or pet friendly. Need to also include more details about hotels. See Hilton, Choice, IHG and Marriot apps for examples of both of these items.

Atrocious

The big question is why so many other hotel chains get their apps right and Radisson doesnt? There are absolutely no filters to make searching easier and there are maybe two or three pictures of the property. Why? Radisson Blu hotels are pretty nice and I would stay in one but good luck trying to find one on this app. Points also should not take two weeks or more to post.
