Quality is so poor! Unbelieveable where your developers are coming from or how they learned app dev! 3rd update in a row and the app still is crashing! And yes, Ive deleted the app completely and downloaded again from app store before each app update! Got Iphone 6 with latest ios!!!

Whats going on with Club Carlson? This was the 3rd update in a row and the only thing it does is crashing. Developers come out of the box and quick!

Once a reservation is done and confirmed, this app always says "Reservation not found". Although the reservation is shown. And on the arrival day the booking is suddenly no more shown in the app - but on this day of course I need all the details like adress of the hotel etc.

Using it for business travel, app is crashing rather frequently, doesnt store CC details consistently and resolution is pretty bad. Also has issues when working with bad connection. For a exclusive brand its pretty poor standard

Room for lots of improvement as a gold member I would have expected to book your reservations either online or thru app they would show up have a look at starwood app for great ideas

Crashes whenever I try to check for room availability. I guess Ill switch to other hotel apps.

Trying to use the app to book a room for the first time. Its impossible to do because when you tap the check-in date, an empty white panel comes up and then the app stops responding. Swiping away the app and trying again results in the same thing.

Just downloaded the app. Looks great and has some great features. Unfortunately I won’t use it to book rooms because it won’t allow me to use my corporate rate (which is allowed on a desktop).

This App crashed all time on my iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.4)

Russian letters are displayed with unreadable font.

Does not support russian language in the interface. That makes it unusable.

App tell that my password doesnt meet new security requirements. But I have a strong password and wont change it. It was not so good app, now its just a garbage.

Taking into account how huge the chain is, I cant understand why this app is so poor. Obviously it is not finished yet!

Very bad application full of error at graphical level. Buttons are not displayed, but just their name. Wake up !!!

I use the app almost every week when staying in CC hotels, its all ok but it would be great if you could use Apple Maps for showing addresses instead of google maps via safari.

The app will not let you book a room, using your points. When you select your hotel, nights of stay, number of guests, the different point/price options come up, but when you select the points it pops up a window saying "the rate you have selected requires a Club Carlson account. Please choose another rate, or navigate home and sign in". Clicking the home button verifies that Im logged in. Basically a useless app until this is fixed.

Easy access to your account, reservations, and upcoming stays. Does not support Wallet as claimed, formatting errors on some menus, etc. Hoping to see fixes in the future.
