Dont bother downloading this app, its been broken for weeks and the folks at Club Carlson couldnt care less about that or customer loyalty. Im switching to Hilton Honors.

Version 2.3.0 hangs and crashes too. No better than the last update. Uninstalled and reinstalled again. Took a long time to leave the startup screen but functions seemed to work. On the next use it hung on the startup screen and crashed. 4S running iOS 8.4. Same problem on IPad Air and iPad mini running iOS 8.4.

This app has been broken for a month. The new version did not fix the hang. Dont you guys listen to your customers?

This app will function if you remove it and reinstall it. Once. Closing the app and trying to reopen it only causes the app to, well, crash.

Not only does the app crash, but it actually crashes my iPhone. Deleting and reinstalling doesnt help. Poor show for this. Maybe theyll try and QA their products before releasing next time.

This new version STILL crashes when you open it. You would think a company of your size would be able to figure this out. ......App freezes when you open it. Then it crashes immediately. Please fix. Otherwise what is the point of having an app for your customers.

Latest version still crashes after displaying the splash screen for about 5 seconds.

This app used to work well, but the last two versions do not work on my iPhone 6 (iOS 8.4). It locks up then closes. Please fix it.

11Aug2015 Update for Club Carlson: App still locks up for me as discussed below. iPhone 4s with latest operating system and lots of memory. Remove the app then download it again and it will work the first time. The second time you use it the app locks up.

App crashed during a vacation to give my kids addrss information and this update is just as BAD, download at your own caution. It even locks your phone for (X) amount of time which makes this app even worse. Cannot give less than (1) star, so (1) it is. UPDATE: after 3rd update today, app still DOES NOT work. Club Carlson must never test or know how to test an app before sending it out as an update or fix to a problem. Whats the deal?

Auto update of the app does nothing but freeze. So hows that working out for ya huh?

Even after the update, does nothing but crash! Worthless! TRY AGAIN!!!!!

Used to be an ok app, but you killed it. Utterly useless when it doesnt start. Do you even try to test before releasing????

This app still does not open and crashes on an iPhone 6 Plus.

I would give this zero stars if possible. After repeated update the app still refuses to open on my iPhone five. Please get it together club Carlson.

I dont understand what kind of testing do they perform, this is the 3rd update and app just crashes on opening. One of the most useless app from a big company...

I updated and stills crashes. I have not been able to use this app in a month and with 15 nights of hotels, my business went elsewhere.

13 Aug... Useless - new update that supposedly fixed the issue didnt do anything. What a joke! Recent update freezes / crashes on my iPhone6 - unusable ... App worked quite nicely before that! ... Still not fixed after weeks? Not paying attention to your customers!

App was crashing on open but finally got it fixed. Delete the app and re-install the newest version. This corrected the problem for me.
